  : Raquel was a lovely hostess. Her communication was excellent and timely. We had absolutely no problem reaching our destination with her directions and getting into the house was very easy, again with clear instructions. Location was good. It is right on a bus line. It was also good for walking. Breakfast was good, simple but good. It was very clean.
  : The only thing I could say I did not like was that the lighting in the rooms was a bit dim. I like to read, but because the light was low, I didn't read much.

  : Location was fantastic.Shared facilities were good Breakfast was lovely and quaint.Hostess was great. WhatsApp messages were responded to really quickly and I love fast communication. Location was superb. I would stay here again.
  : The cleaning staff didn't clean the floor throughly. Not too much to ask for a quick hoover or mop.

  : This lovely guest house was clean and comfortable. We booked room 2 which had a private ensuite across the hall, I think there are 6 rooms in total. The room was spacious and comfortable, the rooms are cleaned daily. Breakfast is served between 8.30-10am daily and was substantial, yogurt, banana, orange, bread for toast, ham, cheese, juice, tea and coffee. We did find a good Italian restaurant nearby (most restaurants were Italian!) AL Garage- great food, service and prices!
  : It would be good to have access to a jug/hot water to make a tea or coffee, either in the room or dining area. Although not far from a metro station (up a small hill) the location of the guest house was not that great for us, we would stay closer to the old city next time. There are not that many restaurants, cafes, or shops around so your choices are quite limited.

  : Cleanliness and warm welcome from the host/owner along with lots of advice on things to do and see in Lisbon. Breakfast while simple was plentiful with no stuffy rules about timings or place to sit. I was well informed by the owner prior to arrival on how to gain access to the property which was much appreciated.
  : Nothing in particular and certainly nothing to deter me from staying again.

  : The proprietor, Raquel, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Her guesthouse is all you need for a well priced, comfortable stay.Although we had a shared bathroom, it was only shared with two other rooms and not busy. I especially liked the blue tiles, large shuttered windows and old world charm of this spacious area.
