  : Very good location arround 400 mtr from the Martin Moniz metro station in the heart of old Lisbon. Comfortable apartment, internet very good also. I make check in and check out alone without any problems in the future I will stay there again. Greetings to the owner

  : WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Firstly, the host for no apparent reason tried not to give us the codes after booking and we were waiting for a long time outside, she tried to say that my husband's passport was not validated, and that she would not give the codes, hung up the phone on our face. Then I had to beg her to give us the codes clearly showing the expiry date and then she sent us the codes and blocked our phone number, I couldnt understand how someone deal with clients this way, I was scared. After that, we entered the apartment and it is totally different from the pictures , there is a strong odor coming from the bathroom, the furniture is all second hand, the apartment is old, without air conditioning and it feels like an oven during the day. During the night it is extremely noisy and it is impossible to sleep there as there is no noise isolation. Cleaning is precarious, no hair dryer and bathroom is quiet small. The location is full of drugged people, and it is very dangerous for women. The hostess is extremely rude and xenophobic. After check out, unblocked our number to treat us, unbelievable! Do not book this location!

  : Grat wee apartment to stay right in the heart of Alfama with all major sights very close. We really enjoyed our stay and used the proximity of all the miradouros for a stroll and coffee. The accommodation was nice, clean, and comfortable. There's quite a steep staircase to get to the flat, but we knew about it and weren't surprised. The same with the noise levels from the street, but that was due to the fact we like fresh air and kept the windows open all the time we were in. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying in this accommodation as it's very conveniently located, and you'll enjoy the right Lisboa vibe in the Alfama neighbourhood!
  : Nothing major a couple of small things that could be improved. There's a coffee machine for capsules, but you get only two to use, and if you want any more, you need to buy your own. There were no tea towels to dry the dishes, so we ended up using one of the spare towels provided. No laundry liquid to wash your clothes with in the washing machine. There was a body soap that we could use for the shower, but there was no soap for washing hands. Usually you don't buy these things if you stay only for a short time so would make it a nice touch if these could be added.
