  : Nice appartment just around the corner of the lsnguage school CIAL - ideal for all who take language courses. Very close to Saldanha metro station.
  : In the offer on booking.com is not indicated that you have to go to a very distant place to get the keys. One of the causes I chose this app. was that it was near the metro and I could easily reach it from the airport-but no chance because of the keys! So I booked a transfer (30,-) and the driver gave me the keys and waited until I was in the appartement.

  : PS. For those wondering why I have several bookings: booking.com only allows bookings of a certain number of nights. The price had to paid upfront and was non-refundable. And of course it was impossible to find alternative accommodation on such short notice after finding out what a horrible agency homing was and the filthy condition the apartment was in. I would have had to pay two apartments if I left earlier.
  : To get the most disturbing thing out of the way: the agency tried to enter the apartment without my knowledge and without my consent. This is unacceptable. I must say Mafalda is the worst employee one could have chosen for managing the property. She was rude and had no manners from the moment of our arrival. The apartment shows severe mold (images are uploaded), the windows haven't been cleaned in years, the pictures look nothing like the images on here, the toilet seat was not properly installed, the upholstery fabrics look a mess, doors are damaged, the kitchen light doesn't work, the power outlets make electrical popping noises and some don't work at all, the refrigerator leaked water, the provided towels are old and fixed by patches of cotton sewn onto them, the water in the shower is cold, there are power outages when you use the washing machine and cook one pot of noodles at the same time, the bathroom smells, there is only one tiny heater for the entire apartment which doesn't do anything, the dishes were dirty with food from previous tenents, the 2h cleaning service takes 50min to shake up some pillows, the water pipes in the kitchen leak water (see images of buckets placed under the sink). And the apartment is incredibly noisy. There is a construction site on the opposite site, which hasn't been mentioned anywhere in the advertisement. They gave me their phone number so I can write them via WhatsApp, which I had to A LOT. Each time another issue occurred I wrote them. For the first few things, like the mold, a broken kitchen cabinet, and a light in the hallway they offered to fix them. But the images you see of the mold, the wintergarden, the towels, the windows, and the upholstery fabric are images from AFTER they came to fix things. To my messages regarding the leaking refrigerator, the towels, the power outlets, the broken kitchen light, ... I never got an answer! The agency just ignored me.
