Disappointing

  : Kerb appeal on arrival but rooms were very dated & in need of an upgrade. Bit of a time warp! I only had a bath in my room, which I wasn't aware of. Of concern was that the windows opened fully with beds right next to them - a child or even adult could have easily slipped out. I think we were on the 3rd floor. That said, staff were very pleasant & helpful. Location was excellent.
  : Dated rooms - in need of complete upgrade. No shower at all in my room.

  : The staff were very friendly the breakfast was excellent the hotel was situated in a good place to reach shops and bars.
  : The room was small and had a double and single bed I booked a superior room but I failed to see what was superior except for the view the room was small especially with having a double and single bed in it. The furnishings were tired the tv was the size of a postage stamp no mini fridge and basic kettle and mugs ect.The shower cubicle was very small and not a very powerful shower head. Generally the room was reasonably clean and the bed was comfortable but for the amount of money I paid for the room I was disappointed. Yes I would stay there again but not for that price.

  : The staff were wonderful! I had a welcoming tea and pie on arrival. They room was fit, the hotel all was clean, and the breakfast was good. Generally I felt safe, comfortable and served well. The location was exceptional and the view from the room was fantastic as well.
  : The bathtub was very old style and has borders around it, all the water was on the floor but otherwise everything was good.

  : the look of the outside of the hotel and the food, which was served by the staff who couldn’t do enough for you. very friendly
  : the bed, it was to hard. it’s more of an elderly hotel which isn’t a bad thing.
