  : The restaurant was nice and the location made it possible to reach all the parts of the islands we wanted to visit in less than 1h. Staff was great.
  : The biggest disappointment was the proximity with the road. Whether it be from the room or the main pool, we could hear the noise of the busy road thats located a few meters from the hotel. I had to put foam earplugs everyday in order to sleep. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Very good products but limited choice for this kind of hotel range. I did not try the orange juice but it seemed industrial (really?? In that kind of hotel?). The garden is not well kept; only the part near the main pool is. The rest of a garden is a mess, and there is garbage (I found utilized tissues on the floor on many occasions outside). Nothing incredible about the room. The shower was modern but the rest of the room definitely needs a refreshment. The bathroom looked old. The toilets were old. We faced several issues with the safe. Sun beds and pool towels seemed old as well. Some of the towels were either damaged or stained. Same for the sun beds. About the spa, nice overall. HOWEVER, the jacuzzis water was incredibly dirty (there was dirt on the edges and the water was green). I had to ask that it be replaced, which was eventually done but still Last, the staff would tidy up the pool area around 6 pm, making a lot of noise. What about people who want to rest?

  : The staff were so friendly and helpful. They really made the whole experience exceptional. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and so picturesque. The food was excellent and the local wine was lovely. The rooms were very comfortable.
  : The property itself felt like it needed a bit of love and maintenance, the outdoor furniture in particular could do with being updated and the furniture in the spa. The property lacks views and there is quite a lot of noise from the road but this was largely covered with soft relaxing music by the pool and sound proof doors in the bedroom. The cleaning could have been better and only very small water bottles are provided, which given you cant drink the tap water, means you end up spending a lot of money on water.

  : The premises themselves is very nice with a nice pool area and excellent surroundings. Very nice building and the room was spaciuous.
  : The room was noisy as it was close by to a busy street. The food at the restaurant was ok even though reasonably priced. The parking lot is a bit away from the entrance and you cannot drop off your luggage first before parking without making it complicated.

  : Although understaffed, those who gave service were exceptional. Most had good English and were friendly, efficient and attentive. Excellent food and fair prices.
  : The busy main road running alongside the hotel. Poor lighting in bathroom.
