  : Only one elevator that kept going up and down talking too long, the staff wasn't really present not helpful. Breakfast was not so good

  : staff was very nice,Hotel was very clean, check in was a breeze, area is good - super close to the train and lots of places to eat. My only complain would be the breakfast.. not a lot of options but overall i had a good stay.

  : First the most important thing: the room was clean! Although there were a new minor things to be improbed, e.g. no hangers in the bathroom, the Vue is highly recommenandable. We had a room with a skyline view without booking it and would totally recommend that one should assure to get this view. The Breakfast was better than anticipated so you can get the morning starten weil. Additionally towels got changed everyday. The area overall seemed to be safe and the Metro at Queensboro Plaza which get's you almost eberywhere in Manhattan was 5 Minutes to walk and the took 10 Minutes to Times Square.

  : The location was amazing, super close to the subway. Unbelievably cheap price for the room considering the location, just two stops away from midtown. We got there very early in the morning but since there was a room available the staff let us check in early for free! I couldn't believe it. Small but comfy room. I forgot to bring toothpaste and the hotel clerk gave me an extra one. Very friendly staff in general.
  : The shower door doesn't close so water falls down constantly onto the bathroom floor. The breakfast was bare bones and in my opinion completely inadequate for a NYC hotel. Food was of terrible quality and ran out quickly. This didn't concern me so much since I didn't choose this hotel solely to eat breakfast there, but it should meet a minimum standard. You can hear your neighbours in the hallway pretty loudly at night.

  : The atmosphere is good , some of the front desk employee are very warm and friendly
  : FrontDesk Employees could careless they just do what they think is the job description and thats all, the servicing of the room I was in was not that great this time around , I had to flip flops in the bathroom now one tidy my room seeing I was staying for 2 nights so it was 2 star treatment for me this time.

  : Clean and there was a blow-dryer. Hehe
  : Location, but that's just how it is. The shower was not made correctly. Water came to it because no door and even if there wasnt. It was not set up properly for water to not come out of shower.
