  : Great location on Wilshire across from a grocery store, a Starbucks and many restaurants within easy walking distance. The apartment was lovely. The living room and dining room separated the two bedrooms, allowing privacy for each couple, and the table and chairs on the balcony offered another dining area. The washer and dryer were an added bonus! The gym was modern, spacious and had an abundance of equipment. We really appreciated the agent's attention to our needs. We had a great parking place in the garage and had use of a pool down the street because our pool was closed for repairs.
  : there were not enough dinner plates and cooking pots and we bought a cookie sheet, dish towels, napkins and paper towels. While the place suited our needs it definitely could have used a face lift. The carpet is heavily stained and looks 20 years old. The walls needed paint and had stickers stuck to them. Heads up the pool downstairs wasnt open during our visit, so we had to go across the street to use another properties pool. It was a good save, but not a great convenience.
