  : When we asked about parking the front desk attendant just said go ahead and park in the parking structure, we only stayed one night & paid $40 in total just for parking because nobody told us that we needed a parking card from the front desk in order to pay cheaper parking. The front desk attendants were all very unaccommodating which made the stay not worth it at all. You either have to ask a lot of questions or you’ll waste a lot of money staying there.

  : The amenities are new and feel fresh. The parking situation is pretty good. Everything is exceptionally clean. The hotel management was very courteous and took great care of me. I highly recommend staying here.
  : 1. Entrance to the hotel is confusing. 2. I found the paid parking to be pointless since it's accessibly by outsiders. 3. There is a homeless encampment nearby.

  : Brand new hotel. Clean, spacious and well thought out rooms. Great patio and outdoor space next to lobby. Very friendly helpful staff. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores.

  : The room were great. Lots of space with a very comfy bed & a nice bathroom with a rainfall shower. It also had a mini fridge that we could put out refrigerated item in.
  : It was unfortunate that the jacuzzi wasn't available at 5PM to schedule a reservation after a long day at our event. It also was unfortunate that there was no food / beverage options on site

  : The location was convenient being close to the freeway. Most of the famous attractions were within 25-30 mins tops. There's also street parking available if you get a spot on time. That in itself is a HUGE PLUS for LA.
  : The only thing I didn't really care for was the fact the hotel didn't have any microwaves other than that I had no complaints with the actual hotel. Also be mindful LA has a homeless problem and there is homeless not to far from the hotel but that's closer to the freeway and it didn't ruin our experience at all unlike some hotels in Hollywood.

  : Most of the staff was great. Street parking is available, free overnight. Probably more convenient to pay for parking at the property to avoid street parking restrictions during the day. The hotel was fairly clean - some issues here and there, like one night the pillows smelled very weird and the tub was dirty - but for the most part it's clean.
  : There's no programming schedule (the "guide" button doesn't work) for the TVs which is strange and inconvenient. I stayed a few nights and one morning the housekeeper was too eager and invasive. She knocked on my door before check-out time and was lingering when I left the room a few minutes later (to extend my stay) asking if I was leaving yet. A front desk agent told me I could get hot water from the coffee machine but it just brewed all the leftover coffee grounds into it which was gross.
