  : Booked the hotel as it was advertised as a 5 star hotel on booking called Mr C ,, 2 days before arrival hotel changed to Cameo Hills and became a 4 star hotel.We had 4 rooms booked during our stayHotel looks like a motel not worth the money at allBeware from this scam!!!!Service was really badRooms were old and worn out and in need of an immediate face lifthair and dust all over the roomsNo refrigerator in roomsHousekeeping doesnt clean rooms properlyEverything seemed shady since they changed from Mr C to Cameo no branding whatsoever on the rooms or hotelEmpty plastic water bottle in rooms with no logo and they removed the branding and expect you to drink it.Our guests staying with us got allergies fromPoor hygiene in rooms and dust, hallways are all dusty worn out.All Front desk staff are unhelpful and rude and never cared to do anything about our comments.Will never recommend this to anyone.Over priced valet feesHonestly save your money and stay in embassy suites your getting the same service and maybe better rooms

  : The extra cost items that were not listed upfront like resort fees $35/ day, amd valet only parking $66 per day.

  : The hotel had bad communication with staff as we got charged twice not very good I do hope the payments get reversed quickly

  : The amount in booking is not the correct amount. They charged us extra 300$ and more for resort fee and tax. The beds are small, dont fit to 2 person, the smell is terrible. Never ever go there again
