  : The entire hotel is new and very beautiful. Location is good as well! Good appliances in the room!
  : 1) Valet: very expensive $ 59 per night - There is a big parking building in the other side of the street, value is $35.2) Bedroom: Small - Without space for a small table. There a portable table that open and close, but it makes the bedroom even more small.3) There is no luggage rack below the bed, as mentioned in the paper which comes with the bedroom key card.4) MOST IMPORTANT COMPLAINT***: I made the reservation to be paid at the hotel when I checked in. Check in was at 4 pm, when it was 8 pm I was on the road from San Francisco to Los Angeles, and I received a message from booking.com and an email from the hotel, that my reservation had been canceled because of my card. I called the hotel, the attendant said that she couldn't do anything and that the hotel was completely full, and that I had lost the reservation. She even said, "sorry for your frustration", I told her that this was unacceptable and that I was arriving in 1 hour at the hotel. I arrived at the hotel, I didn't say anything, not even who I was, I just checked in and was accepted. In other words, real disorganization. I took a trip across California and made all the reservations through booking.com to pay by card at check-in, in the 7 hotels, only in this one and in one more I had a problem with my card. In the other one I had the same problem, a hotel in San Francisco, the hotel called me because they saw that there was a problem with the card, I just said another one and it was accepted normally. But the Godfrey Hotel preferred to cancel without even serving the guest in a respectable way, neither called nor sent any email to find out. Despicable service at this hotel.   : Hotel looks nice but is not functional, the blackout blinds were broken, the toilet intermittently bubbled and gave off a foul smell, its very noisyThey also don't make things easy, for some reason you have to request housekeeping, we tried to do laundry but they made it so difficult we ended up going to a launderetteThe location is not great, it close to Hollywood but the surrounding area was not pleasant
