  : The room was very dirty. The commode had not been cleaned. There were stains inside the bowl and urine at the bottom of the toilet. There were pubic hairs also on the toilet. We complained to the front desk that the room was dirty, and they offered us another room, which was also dirty. The carpet was stained. The pool was also dirty. We were tired from travel and decided to just go to bed. When pulling down the comforter, we noticed there were no sheets. We had to leave the room to go ask the front desk for sheets. We were told that they would bring us some “if they could find some “. No one showed up with any so we had to leave our room to find sheets. They handed them to us at that time. Breakfast was limited. We were told that they forgot to “thaw the eggs”. The employees appeared to be tired and overwhelmed. We are Wyndham members and always try to stay with them for the points. But I think we are done.

  : Breakfast was only so-so, and had no bagels or decaf coffee. Toilet in room kept being partially blocked despite numerous plunging. The fact that there was a big plunger in the bathroom suggests that the problem also existed with previous customers; and makes you wonder why the hotel didn't fix thr problem. Luggage cart had under-inflated wheels which made pushing it on the carpet very difficult.

  : We were on the third floor and elevator and doors didn’t work. Breakfast was terrible,bland and nasty.

  : Good location, nice staff, clean rooms. The fitness room was better equipped than most hotels.
  : I do wish the pillows weren’t feather pillows, but that’s a personal preference (& admittedly I did not ask if there was another option).
