  : I will never use that app again I will never stay at their hotel again and I will be canceling my bank card as well I was overcharged actually I was double charged I paid the $100 cash deposit and in my email it said that would be returned to me when I checked out on my credit card and they charged me an extra $69.75 for Tuesday which was more than my $68 per night charge and I wasn't even there Tuesday I got dropped off by an Uber and I have that receipt as well so they are definitely going to catch some fraudulent charges because now they have locked my bank card up and me and my dog is outside in the street because I couldn't keep my other reservation and I had to turn in my car today because the payment was due so yeah because they charge what they want to charge I watched everything be taken for me today because of me doing an online booking instead of paying for cash easier my ass you'll be hearing from my attorney I also had the police there today so I have that report number they supposedly updated my account this morning as I checked out and that's what booking sent me nothing has went back on my card over $300 I'm out plus holds on my cards I can't even go to work tomorrow because I have no money with you putting these holes on my cards through booking or through the hotel whoever does it you have really messed up my life now my grandchildren are about to be homeless thanks for that three night stay at Baymont wish I had known I was there Tuesday whole apps a piece of s*** but I will not reply anymore you were here from elder law
  : I was charged more for a night that I wasn't even there and because of me making a duplicate reservation on your app they put holes on my bank card so I have nowhere to go I had to turn my car back in my service Chihuahua was out in 100° heat today from check out time at 11:00 until now the sun went down I hope you have to go through some of this someday thanks for nothing now for the better Business bureau these apps are all scams cheaper hotel my ass yeah cheaper when you book it but when you're charged it it's three times the f****** amount
