  : 1 elevator inoperable. No safe to secure valuables. Ice maker only on three floors. Parking lot full when I returned from my event. No drawer space and 1 nightstand. Terrible! I want compensation!

  : My phone was lost there and instead of them looking in lost in found they told me to go to some website. After I had just left there a hour after check out and realize I left my phone on a bed. They told me they found phones but not the one I was describing

  : The mimosas and breakfast were great, and the room service was good.
  : It was WAY overpriced ($1800 for 2 nights)...I realize it was Derby weekend, but that is ridiculous.Also, the shuttle stopped at 5 hotels and took an hour to get to Churchill Downs. NOT worth the $85 per person per day!

  : The breakfast was better than any normal breakfasts served anywhere. It was fresh, hot and delicious. Beds were comfy. Location was outstanding. We were able to walk around to sightsee. It was in the center of everything you want to see. We appreciate that the Hotel gives their guests two free alcohol drinks and appetizers in the evenings during your stay.I appreciated that nobody could just walk into the building without a room key. It felt safer that way, especially at night. I would definitely come back to Nashville and stay at this same location.
  : The A/C wasn’t working very well in our room. It never got cold like I like it. It was a little warmer than I’m comfortable with. I like to set it at 69 at night to sleep. The thermostat stayed at 72 the whole time. My husband was comfortable, but also said it could’ve been cooler. We never told anyone, so we can overlook that negative incident. Still enjoyed our stay and would return.
