  : The property had a lot of potential. We needed a kitchen because of dietary restrictions, which was provided. We were excited to be able to stay near the event that we were in town for. But then we tried to check in...
  : The staff was extremely unhelpful. We arrived later than expected at 1:30am because we were traveling with a 7 month old and had to stop periodically to feed him. We understand that it is late, but since we were going to a hotel, we expected to be able to check in to our room that we had a reservation for. When we arrived, the front desk was closed (as the website said it would be) and they gave us a number to dial upon arrival. After not answering the phone of the number they gave us, we finally called the off site customer service. They got ahold of the on-site staff who refused to get out of bed and check us in. We ended up having to go to another hotel who actually wanted to give us a room. We finally got to sleep at 3 am.

  : It was horrible and I have asked for complete refund. The room was disgusting and we left immediately and did not stay . We had to find a different hotel to stay in for the weekend at midnight.
  : Everything . Hair all over the comforter and phone and bathroom it was horrible and we want our money back because we had to leave immediately and get another hotel a midnight.
