  : Given a different apartment instead of the one I booked. Dirty shower, bathroom/toilet door would not close so it remained wide open while using, stained mattress, very basic, chipped crockery, not enough towels and bedsheets, advertised falsely as having a balcony - there was none, light switch hanging dangerously off the wall, very noisy late at night/early morning, host’s associates let themselves in and out without permission, while we were in bed sleeping. Zero assistance from host when we could not get into apartment late at night.

  : The flat needs tender loving care. The maintenance was bad. Health and safety is very much required. The corner chair doesn’t have fix legs accident waiting to happen. Floor tiles and fixing needs more attention. Electric plugs needs to be secure.
