: Breakfast was various and tasty. I liked the game rooms and the location. The room was warm, and it was good for me because I am sensitive to the cold.The lounge area was really nice but the "fake" fire place was always off. It would have been a bit nicer to turn it on for a little to warm up the atmosphere and to make the area a bit nicer.
: We chose the superior double room and it was very different from the pictures it shows on the website. The room was quite old and missing furniture, we also had a creepy room that was for an extra person, definitely a waste of space and NOT requested. We were also missing pool towels, slippers (it was annoying because you need to ask reception for the WiFi where it should have been written in the info document kept in the room) whereas in the room description it was part of the things we should've had. Also the hairdryer is so weak and it took a long time to dry my hair. Our room was above the pool and it was pretty loud. Definitely not relaxing when you want to rest. For dinner it was mandatory that we would go to eat between 7/7.30.When we arrived we waited more than 30 Min because there were 3 guys in front of us asking for information (and we were coming for a very long and tiring drive). For our first dinner (we went to eat at 7.30) the buffet was all finished and they didn't refill it after a while, we waited 1 hour and 10 Min for the main dish because the waitress "forgot about us". Food portions are really small.In the wellness centre you couldn't even try a nice hot tea because they made available only 20 cups and there were definitely more guests in it. We stayed for more than 2 hours but no one ever came to get the dirty cups and change for clean ones.We also asked for information about snowboarding facilities but the receptionist said very little to us so we searched everything by ourselves which is fine, but I expected to get at least a little good information regarding the area and services.
