  : This stay was dissatisfying. Is the hotel closing? Nothing seemed to work. Front doors would not always open. The room iron did not work, one hanger, tissue holder fell off, no coffee. Our room was not serviced even when I requested it. Room Keys did not work on second night. Trash can overflowing going into garage andReceptacles out front near full with trash next to it in a bag. Staff lacked customer empathy with concerns. Obviously, some issues are chronic if towels and coffee are kept at the front desk routinely. There was a beverage machine that was not restocked during the 3 days we were there and the ice machine had a sign it was not working. The coffee machine on the first floor was out of order also. I will not be recommending this hotel. It does have a feel that it’s closing and no investment is being put into making it a “grand” hotel.

  : The bathroom sink would not drain. Took two hours to drain after washing my face and brushing my teeth.The shower water never got hot enough to take a shower

  : No restaurant or coffee shop on premises; rooms are out of date & getting a little shabby; ice maker on my floor (6) was out of service; mattress was soft.

  : Much of it was old and not in good shape. Internet was spotty. First room we were given had a non working shower.
