  : Location to city central.
  : Third floor apartment, so many stairs to climb with bags. No private parking, only on street parking available. Poor internal lighting, especially in kitchen and shower. Lacks living room comforts, only a bed to watch television no lounge or comfy chairs. Needs maintenance on front door (very hard to close), kitchen sink, fridge needs defrosting, curtains inadequate against street lighting. Sorry! ... but value for money was not there versus other accommodation stayed in France or Europe for that matter.

  : *Very central location, only a few minutes walking to the city centre. *The bedroom was nice, spacious and well heated (we stayed in december). *Good communication with the owner (all through email, we did not meet). *Check in with code was smooth. *The owner kindly allowed us to leave an hour later than the official check-out time. *Comfortable beds. *Water in the shower had good pressure and good temperature.
  : *Parking is on the street and free but we struggled to find a spot in the busy streets around the house. Whats more; on departure we parked the car 10 mins on the 'no parking' bay in front of the house in order to load the luggage; there was no parking space to be had anywhere near the door. Unfortunately, the owner of the garage we parked in front of needed the spot at the same time to park a van. Although we said sorry and he saw us hurrying to get things done as quickly as possible, he got very angry. It was not a pleasant start of the day to get yelled (!) at by this aggressive person who threatened to call the police if we did not vacate the spot immediately.*We felt that the bathroom is a lot darker and smaller than it seems on the photos of booking.com. Especially the shower is very dark, and the black shower curtain does not help. The shower is also rather low; my friend who is approximately 1.88 m could not stand up straight, which made it very unpleasant for him to have a shower.*I would call this a studio, not an apartment, even if there is a (glass) door between the kitchen area and the bedroom area; the main room is nice and large enough, but the kitchen area/'hallway'/'dining room' is very small. No couch to sit on.*The place could be cleaned better. Spiderwebs against the ceiling, (calcium) stains on the sink, one of the provided towels had stains in it, etc.*Check out at 10am is too early (but the owner kindly allowed us to leave an hour later).*Noise from the busy traffic on the street and the upstairs neighbours.*All in all we felt that this place has potential, but needs more attention to details; so many little things like the shower curtain not letting any light through and being too long, the dirty windows, the spiderwebs, the very small kitchen with only two cookings pits, the crack in the kitchen tiles, the dark and smelly hallway downstairs when you enter the house, etc...
