: I absolutely loved our stay at this property! The apartment is spacious and bright, plenty of outdoor space, in a wonderful location. Plus they have been extremely fast in answering all of our calls and the fix all the small issues we had (first day we had a problem with the electricity, they fixed in less than half a day even on a Sunday; we then asked for a new cloths rack and they brought it straight away etc). Absolutely recommend it.
: The kitchen could have been a bit better equipped, with more utensils, bowls and kitchen towels etc. Also it would be wonderful to have a couple of sunbeds for the terrace.

: The apartment on Calle Maestranza is in an excellent location that I chose on purpose. It is both close to a long stretch of successive beaches and only a short walk from the city center, alcazaba and old town, and it is in a neighborhood with its own character, i.e. restaurants, bars, cafes, delicatessen shops. As a special bonus, the large terrace has a view of the sea, and a lot of afternoon sun at this time of the year. The immediate neighborhood is quiet and I slept well even with the windows ajar.
: Upon arrival, there was a stovetop coffee maker the previous tenant had left with a broken handle, so I got a new one. Two dining chair seat cushions were loose, but the chairs could still be used.

: Great location very near the beach and walking distance to many sites.
: Playing for and checking in is rather cumbersome, all outside Booking.com. Required deposit in a separate transaction. Need to download and use APP to gain access to the apartment.
