: The Interior design of the house is beautiful. A large room (more thanenough for a couple+1) with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom and toiletswith lots of space. A nice view (from a big window) to the backyard. Theowner was waiting for us late at night ( after the check-in hours) dueto delayed flight - thank you. As I found out later, the owner sent us afew messages saying that there are other guests and they're sleepingand asked us not to ring the bell, but since we didn't see themessages, we rang - sorry for that.
: There was no parking available for us when we arrived (in the specialrequests section it was written that we would like a free parking - butit is based on availability). There's also a parking lot in front ofthe house but except the handicap parking, all spots were taken. I hadto drive around for 15 more minutes (it was late, around 1:30 am) tofind a free spot 500 meters from the house.

: Laurence was so friendly and helpful, her breakfast was lovely, and it was nice to be in her beautiful home. The room was very attractive. The location was a 10-15 mins walk from a tram stop which made it easy to get into the city centre with no parking worries. The free parking right opposite the B&B was good too.
: Nothing really. The street facade belies the lovely interior and it has no signage to say it’s the Shandita B&B so we weren’t sure we were in the right place, but Lawrence spotted us and came out to greet us.

: We didn't realize it was in someone's home and we were essentially staying in someone's house. We were a group of four with a toddler so I felt like we were somehow taking over someone's home! Thought it was a boutique hotel.

: Friendly, hospitable owner. Large room size. Very comfortable beds. Superb breakfast (home made crepes!!). Extensive garden with hot tub (available for small extra fee) - great way to relax/recover after a long drive in French traffic
: Aside from a small misunderstanding as to whether we or not had a reservation there’s nothing to dislike
