  : I ARRIVED, PAID, WENT TO THE ROOM AND IMAGINE MY DISMAY WALKING INTO A ROOM WITH NO SHEETS, BLANKETS, CURTAINS ETC. I MADE THE RESERVATION ON LINE, SAW THEPICS AND THEY CERTAINLY WERE PROPERLY OUTFITTED. I WALKED OUT, PUT MY THIGS IN MY CAR AND DROVE UP THE STREET AND STAYED AT A HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS!! MORE MONEY BUT I HAD SHEETS, CURTAINS AND IT WAS IMMACULATE. THE TOLDME THEY HEAR HORROR STORIES ABOUT WOODSPRING SUITES. MY WIFE CALLED AND SENT THEM A MESSAGE AND THEY DID CALL HER RIGHT AWAY. THEY SAID IT WAS A MIXUP. WTF - MIXUP. IDIOTS. I ASKED FOR A REFUND GIVEN HE WAS IN THE ROOM 2 MINUITES. I AM STILL WAITING TO SEE IT REFLECTED ON OUR STATEMENT. NIASHA (SPELLING?) WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND APOLOGETIC .

  : I didn't like anything about this location. Need closing and complete remodel.
  : The room had a rusty refrigerator. It as so nasty. Roaches were everywhere. Bed covers were not fresh. Just terrible!

  : the exterior it wasn’t bad and the area but it was dirty, since you entered to the elevator, it was very dirty and as soon I got to the room was dirty, they didn’t clean de bathroom at all. Sink dirty, toilet extremely dirty with dota of pee at the toilet and pubic hair, the stove had grease and the kitchen counter and the room smelled like humidity. I won’t stay there again.

  : The rooms were filthy. Roaches and bugs all over the hotel. The lobby was filthy. bed was like sleeping on a card board box. The water in the shower never got hot. The tub stopper didn’t work. The drawers were hanging off the bed side table. The lady had us standing there for 5 minutes claiming she was checking the room. There no way you put someone in a room like that if you checked it.
