  : I like that the rooms didn’t have carpet and the raised beds. It was pretty quiet too. The shower was large and easy to step into for my older mother. It was also easy to get to off of I-75
  : The room could have used more than two pillows per bed.

  : I am absolutely speechless with the service we received last night while checking in. Yvette was working on call and was completely rude, lazy, and huffing when we asked for assistance with checking in. Our first room had not been cleaned so we returned to the desk for another room. It was taking 20-30 minutes each time to have service in between arriving, trying to get a room, and asking for a new room. After receiving a new room the key would not work. This continued 3 times. On the third time Yvette opened the room with a master key and told us we would be unable to have a key. We were leaving and would need back in. She practically told us it was not her problem. I was also told there would be no staff to assist us 24/7 at this location. In the morning I asked to speech with another team member and was told there is no one else to assist me. I am mortified with this nightmare of a hotel experience. Two hours to check in and still no key.

  : Room 432 was smoked out, smell bad of cigarettes Outside the door was the bed linen on the floor my entire stay. Receptionist was blah. Not smiling when greeted. No one at the front desk when needed in the night. No iron or board... but it was ok
