  : Bed was very comfortable. It is one of the best beds I've experienced in traveling.
  : Breakfast was sub-par. Didn't restock in room coffee, but they did deliver a clean towel each day.

  : The desk clerk, the only staff member I had contact with, seemed to be doing his best despite an apparent lack of backup staff. I contacted the front desk on three occasions during our brief stay and got no answer. When I finally reached the desk staff re: the poor condition of our room, he responded promptly and helped us relocate to a different room.
  : In our initial room, the sheets for the sofa-bed were wadded up in a drawer. There was no blanket for the bed. When we put the sheets on we discovered blood stains on the mattress, and dried vomit on the arm of the sofa-bed. The room condition was appalling. When we were moved to the second room, there were no sheets for the sofa-bed so I slept on the sofa and my daughter slept in the main bed.. There was no pillow available for the sofa-bed and I had to take one of the pillows from the main bed. I located a blanket for my use; later I discovered I was either allergic to the blanket, or it had a residue from laundry products used or something used by a previous guest. I itched all night.
