  : The sofa bed in the studio is uncomfortable and the regular bed was upstairs, thus making it impossible for senior citizens or children to reach. The stairs at the entrance of the building make it hard if you packed heavily.

  : Location was excellent, it was easy to find, instruction to get in was great! There are a bunch of great restaurants, bars and a super market right across from the building. I had to keep the windows shut the whole time. I loved that there is breakfast available for a small fee, and free lockers where I could keep my stuff for couple of hours after I checked out.
  : I wish I had asked for a higher floor room. As I couldn't keep the windows open due to privacy. While having restaurants and bar was great help with food and other needs, that also means no privacy in the first floor apartment.

  : Lack of reception desk. This was a real problem when I tried to retrieve my luggage after my stay. I had stored my luggage in the lockers provided, but was unable to enter the building to retrieve my luggage because my entry code had expired. And there was no one to contact about this the online link went nowhere, and the intercom only had an automated message. I had to wait until another guest returned to the hotel in order to get through the front door. In addition, it wasn't explained to me that the double bed was actually a fold-out sofa bed. The two of us slept in a small bed until we figured this out.
