  : The location is very convenient, close to several metro stations and shops. The landlady was very nice, although she did not speak English. She took our luggage even before the check-in. A bathtube was very pleasant after a cold day in Madrid. Late check-out 12h. Coffee machine. Nice and warm (later we realised this is not the case everywhere in Spain).
  : Simple equipment, thin blankets.

  : We were travelling with a 2 yo baby and the stuff started the check out process 40 minutes before the check out time at 12:00 as booking information. I had to ask via phone to let my friend and the baby stay in the hall until I arrived because I was out for 1 hs. My friend has to deal with all the suitcases and the baby by herself to the second floor because the next guess was early and already there. She moved the suitcases and has to be out with the baby to the square close by because there was no space for them.
