  : The location was perfect, close to many bars, restaurants, the metro, city center. 15 minutes from the Royal Palace and 15 minutes from Prado Museum, or Gran Via, etc. The personnel was willing to find a solution at any time to the many problems that happened during my stay. There was also availability to keep your luggage if you arrived early, so you could go around the city and come back to check in later.
  : It was, in general, the worst experience from the many years I have traveled, and also from being in the tourism industry as well for many years. First of all, on the first night even though I had booked a double bedroom to have a more spacious room, they gave me a room where there was barely space for one person. However, the availability of the Hostel and also the staff helped to solve this issue. In addition, the rooms were pretty cold, while the days I stayed in Madrid were around 5 to 14 degrees. At least there were enough blankets in the room to warm up. Furthermore, there is no soundproofing at all in the room. You could hear every discussion, laugh, TV sound, luggage rolling, door closing, and water running, from the hallway and rooms next door, as well as all the club noises and discussions coming from the street. Unfortunately, I couldn't sleep properly all the 4 nights I stayed. It was also very disappointing that for these days the bedsheets were never changed, and When I checked in there were stains on the bed linen and towels too. You also need to know that some rooms have showers and that generally, the bathrooms are very small, so if you are a taller or bigger person this place is not suitable for you for sure for any kind of needs you have to use the bathroom.
