  : Stayed here for 3 days in November. First impression was great, clean apartment, everything looked good. After the first day, returned to the apartment and it smelled like sewer. The smell only got worse and stayed for the rest of the stay. The management came, tried to pour some cleaner in the toilets, didnt really help much. Must be an issue with the sewer. However, they werent honest about the problem, when we told them we will leave the place and request the money back for those 2 nights left they said they will escalate the issue but never got back to us, the smell was really bad that we had trouble sleeping. Front door to the building also doesnt close all the way typically and the neighbor seems dangerous, saw two guys getting stuff from a purse in a corner. DO NOT RENT THAT PLACE

  : Good value for the money. The app you use to open the doors and fulfil your reservations works very good. There was a cleaning service team that can clean your apartment on request.
  : Vallecas is not the best of locations but we had no issue with the neighborhood. People don't bother you.

  : We really liked the two bathrooms and toilets in the accommodation. The beds were also extremely comfortable. If given a choice, we would prefer separate duvets on the double bed. And, considering the quality of Spanish wine, we would think it appropriate to equip the apartment with a corkscrew.

  : The kitchen was very supplied with everything, the fridge also had some gifts from the apartment.Two bathrooms and 3 rooms were pleasant for a family of 6.
  : The location was in a dangerous street and it was a bit scary to go outside in the nightThe apartment didnt have a lift and it was a bit annoying to go till in the 3rd floor non-stop The water tube in the shower was blocked and everytime somebody made a shower the water went outside of the shower and we should let the minimum flow in order to not make a mess.The neighbors were a bit noizy in the night.

  : The apartment was not clean. It had a very bad smell in one of the bathroom which made the bathroom practically unusable. We had to use one bathroom for all 7 folks. There was a smell of someone just had smoked in the apartment. We called the apartment folks and asked us to relocate. They didnt do that. They recognized that ventilation system was bad and there was smell. We asked for another accommodation but they didnt do that. They finally said on our last day they could put us in another apartment at 1:30pm but this was inconvenient for us-as we had another plans from the morning. We had to spend so much time and energy on this issue that we gave up fighting the folks. I would like to have refund for the whole amount that we paid for as we didnt receive what we asked for and caused us a huge inconvenience.
