  : The staff was very nice. They were keen to inform us about things to do, place to go or solve our problems. The breakfast was very good, natural and with lots of options.
  : The construction in the neighbourhood was noisy, despite to the fact that the isolation of the building is excellent.

  : The staff was extremely helpful in finding me an alternative hotel.
  : First, there was heavy-duty construction going on in the plaza in front of the hotel, apparently for quite a time, that began before 8am and continued until after 5pm. This made it impossible to stay at the hotel and forced me to change to another of their hotels in the same neighborhood although it was of a lower category (3 stars), with a smaller room, for the same price as the 4 star hotel I booked and paid for. There was no indication of this anywhere in their listing. The room was on the top floor, just below the roof. It had a steeply inclined ceiling which meant that I had to stoop in order to not bang my head on the ceiling beams. The bathroom was up three steps, which made using it (especially during the night) VERY inconvenient. The wall of the bathroom is of glass. This means that if you use it during the night and turn the light on, the other person wakes up.
