  : The location and room were good, quite standard hotel-like small room. Within 10-15min walk of two subway stops and a few min walk from Plaza Mayor. But walking to attractions like the Prado Museum took a good half an hour. Lots of restaurants in the area. Free wifi worked well. We were also allowed to leave our luggage at the reception past check-out so we could go sightseeing on the last day of our stay. Mini fridge in the room and complementary tea/coffee and kettle (although they were not refilled on the second day). Housekeeping cleaned our room.
  : The room smelled like smoke even though there is a no smoking sign. Ww had to keep the window open most of the time so could not use the air conditioning and the street outside was a bit noisy. Unfortunately the receptionist gave us some wrong information about using the subway system. Google maps showed that our recommended route ot the airport included a metro and a train from another provider, which she said can both be used usig the transport card we had. However, upon arriving at the station, we could not find how to access the train and the info desk there told us we would have needed a different ticket.

  : Surprisingly comfortable for it's category. Nice bed, huge room and great staff. They even have a kettle with coffee AND biscuits. Great location for seeing all the sights in the center. Would definitely stay at this great value property again.
  : Maybe a bit noisy from people upstairs and in that hall but not a deal breaker.
