  : The room was nice and spacious. And I like the availability of a bath and a shower (which we separate ). The room was fully stocked up with towels and everything required for the spa and also some lady toiletries which was great
  : The price was a very high for what we received. We were slightly expecting a bit more. And were not very happy with the deposit they took from us when checking in, with no mention of this anywhere before booking

  : The view , the vibe at the lounge . would like to thank Mr. Rasheed and Miss. Marwa Mussa from front desk for the good service, ambiance and hospitality I experienced. Also I would like to thank the restaurant Chiefs and staff for their kind attitude and overwhelming hospitality
  : The breakfast was yummy but they need to enhance the Breakfast Varieties , the live music vibe at the main lounge was nice, but a genuine change of the sound system is must. the poor and bad sound system was cranky and hazy all night long that totally ruined the live music show . The microphone volume was too low , very hazy and does not appear to be working properly at all which destroyed the good music and vibes.

  : The hotel is at a stunning location. Several rooms, including the one in which we stayed, was right on the Rhine. The facilities (pool, spa) were great. Outside of one issue, the staff were extremely helpful.
  : There was one major frustration during our stay. On check in, we were not only billed the full balance of our booking, but an additional 200 "holding deposit" to be held for the duration of our stay. There was no clear mention of this at time of check in or on booking.com, and it was only after delving into the Hyatt's website that a fee of "up to 200" would be incurred. Whilst eventually refunded, we'd only made a brief stopover, and this holding fee represented nearly a 100% surcharge on the booking fee. When we queried this, we were given hollow, dismissive and somewhat condescending statements of "there's nothing we can do about it" and "that's just our policy". Given the payment in advance and the holding of our card details anyway, we don't really know why such a high deposit was needed. This left an otherwise good stay with a bitter aftertaste. Something to be aware of for anyone looking to book.
