: The staff and the hosts gave us a warm welcome, and helped us with the access codes which worked really well. They took good care of us during the stay. The location is good, and the apartments have nice facilities.
: We stayed in the K1 apartment, which was partly below ground level. After a day we noticed that the air quality was really bad. The air was humid and the apartment smelled like a rotten cellar. We shared our complaints with the hosts, which moved us to another apartment in one of the upper floors the next day. This apartment was really nice, with good air quality and we are very thankful for the immediate response by the hosts. On the last day we were transferred back to the ground floor due to a new family moving in to the apartment we were moved to. We do think that there are an underlying issue with the ground floor that needs to be fixed.

: The hosts were very helpful, the room was spacious, had air conditioning and in an excellent location. It was modern and very clean. It was nice to have a table and drinking fountain in the common courtyard. The hosts were very accommodating for extra needs I had.
