: Although we almost missed the check-in time, we were greeted by a nice and polite lady. Although the room was not very modern, it was clean and convenient. Our room overlooked the pool and mountain view and the balcony was pleasant to use. The room, towels and sheets were very clean. It is 3 minutes by car and 7 minutes on foot from Malcezine, a delightful Galda town...

: Everything is clean, no bad smells, Everything works ok. there is a swimming pool and internal yard with tables/chairs.
: -1-. when coming/going by foot from the centre of Malcesine town, there is a little part like 100 meters walking on a narrow pavement by the stone wall, a bit uncomfortable when the cars pass near you. -2-. I had a room facing the lake - the view is great! however there is a main road going under the window, so most of the time (depending on day/time) it is noisy. there is a balcony but because of noise it can only be used comfortably late at night :( . Please note there is no air conditioning. only ceiling fans in the rooms. so when it's summer and hot outside the dilemma is, EITHER you keep shutters/window open and the noise comes from outside road, so you may have to use earplugs/eyemask OR you close the shutters/windows and it is stuffy inside. In my situation, I ventilated room with fan in evening, and I closed shutters/windows overnight, the road noise is very low.

: The swimming pool is great and the garden beautifully kept . The breakfast was very good with homemade touches . The place is well maintained and clean .
: It took a while to work out where the safe path was to walk to town by the main road . The room was a little hot.

: Nice view on the lake! Approximately 10mins walking to the beach and the city center. Good pizza just nearby
: No AC in the room! It was very hot and during the night you cannot open the window because of the street with heavy traffic just beneath your window. No shampoos or shower gel provided, which I would see as a must at such a price.
