  : Location was excellent. Very nice restaurant & terrace right at the beach. The view is breathtaking. Sophia (reception) & Martha (restaurant) are very kind & helpful people.
  : The sunbeds at the pool could use some better daily cleaning but not really a big deal. Sometimes there are some "questionable" guests, like groups of 5 to 10 youthful persons who sometimes act crazy, like to drink alcohol & play loud music. This would happen during the day (mostly at the pool) or at night. At one of these nights, even the police came.... Fortunately this happened only on 2 days of my long stay. I would advise Parthenis Beach to be more selective on which guests they accept to stay at their facility.

  : The hotel is located directly on the beach with lovely lounge beds and umbrellas for the guests. There is a nice pool with sun beds as well as the atmospheric bar offering a good selection of food and drinks. Super nice staff, very helpful and attentive. Very close to Malia center but removed enough so that you do not hear the party/night clubs noise. Good everyday cleaning service.
  : The room itself was a disappointment, quite aged and in need of upgrades. The bathroom remembering good old times also asking for renovation. Water extremely slow to drain down the sink and noisy toilet. The kitchen area did not have the cooking top! Only after the 4 nights an electric cooking plate ( very outdated ) appeared. No wine glasses. I asked for two separate beds and had it confirmed by the hotel. On arrival we were given the room with one big bed and the explanation that the hotel did not have separate beds at all.

  : It was difficult to find someone on the reception, maybe it woold be good to have a button with which the hotel guests could call someone . Some things should be replaced (e.g. bathroom door). I'm sure it's already on their list and will be done once they recover from the pandemic

  : The hotel is located just next to the beach, which is very convenient, however this is the only good thing. The hotel is total disappointment and also the town Malia is really noisy and full of cheap tourist attractions and nightc clubs, not worth to visit unless you are a teenager willing to spend you holidays on party.
  : The room was a disaster and total disappointment. The property is listed on the booking.com, as a 4 star standard. We have booked the 40 square meter ground level apartment. In reality we got the apartment half a size of this (5x4m) located at the basement level ( 1 meter underground). But the worst is the standard. The room needs a total renovation. It is really old and aged. The bathroom was full of very old stain. Many parts like taps, doors and bins were broken. Please see the pictures attached. The standard totally didn't reflect the price of 230 EUR per night (without breakfast). When we had complaint about the room, telling that it is half of the size the one we had booked and the standard is not the 4 stars, the man was very rude and told us we are free to find another hotel if we don't like it. We would probably did it, unless it was about 6pm and we have just arrived there with a 6 year old daughter. This was a full season and not many options in the town had left. And also the booking was already prepaid with no option to refund. After we spoke to the owner. Fortunately she was at least not rude, however she also did not propose any helpful solution. She promised to come back to us when better rooms will be available but she has never came back. The restaurant has a nice view but the food and cocktails is really poor. We totally dissuade this property. There are hundreds better stays in the area

  : The pictures in booking looks very promising, and with the high price you pay, compare to other hotels in the area, you think youll get something really good. Actually it is very disappointing- a very small air conditioner in the bedroom, it supposed to cool the entire room, but that is impossible of course.The bedroom is separated from the leaving room, so one person must sleep alone, with no air conditioner.There is not even coffee in the room, theres no shampoo and soap, no sugar. The basics doesnt exist. The shower is super old, it has curtain with stains.We were having rush all week because of the bugs in the room and outside. The reception is almost always empty, you have to look for someone in the pool bar.You literally have to pay for everything you consume, they dont even put a bottle of water in the room after cleaning. Basic gestures are missing with such a high price. They clean the rooms at 17:00, and we had to wait outside the room after a long day of being outside. I dont understand this logic. 1300 euros for 6 nights, for a motel with nice staff.

  : The location was great, right on the beach. The pool area was very nicely decorated and the sunbeds were very comfy. The room was cleaned each day during our stay and the staff were super friendly. The deluxe suite had an amazing view.
