  : Lets start with when I checked in I was told a different price for the hold fee ok no problem it's my birthday so why not I'll get it back 200 .. next I called for towels early morning because when I checked in I was told room service is not a problem so I called in remind u room phone does not be picked up by the front desk at least from my room number I guess so I use my personal phone number to call I was told no problem they'll be out around 9:00 I come back to the room around 10:00 the latest nothing was done okay I realize I left the privacy sticker on the door so that means they probably thought you know privacy basically they can't come in okay no problem so let me call them once again I had to use my personal phone because the phone was beeping just from the front desk so when I do so now I am told oh well they normally do housekeeping every other day .. which I can tell is not the same person voice from earlier in the morning cuz they're very comforting welcoming type of tone ..
