  : I loved that fact that the lady that came in at midnight was so pleasant and she listened to what I had to say..
  : In room 404. One of the hand towels had been used and it was soap in the soap dish not wrapped. That was very disappointing. When I reported it to the guy that was on duty he said that no one was in the room. I came back down after midnight and there was a lady there and I told her about it and she wrote it down. When I return she informed me that she sent her manager an email.

  : Pool was not open. Door handle was broke. TV in living area was broke. Continental breakfast consisted of granola bars and stale packaged Danishes. Mentioned tv was broke at check out - no apology. For the price it was OK. I've stayed in other Hilton properties and I guess I expected a bit higher standard.

  : Room 207. No air conditioning on a 90 degree day and no others rooms available until desk clerk found one for me if it wasn¿t for her I would never come back

  : Our room was not clean. The inside of the microwave was dirty. Also, the bathroom shelves and floor were dusty and gross.

  : I can’t blame my experience on the staff. It’s clear they aren’t supported and are understaffed. 1. Cleanliness was subpar. Bathroom had mold in tub, garbage from former guests, stains on the couch2. Plumbing was bad. I like very hot showers.. but shower would go from scalding to freezing. Bathroom sink drain broke and wouldn’t drain, on the first night. Was never fixed and wouldn’t change our room. We had to brush our teeth in the bathtub. Shower head was spraying out the shower 3. Breakfast area and the hotel is NOT what was pictured upon booking. 4. I feel we were overcharged for the services given. I really was excited to stay here with my son for his bball tournament. The location in relation to the tournament was great, and the staff was pleasant but everything else was a let down. I can’t wait to get back home :( and I feel like we wasted a lot of money.

  : They really shouldn't advertise "complimentary breakfast" when it's really coffee and some cereal bars.The room was never cleaned during my week-long stay even when I requested it. They also had NO SOAP at the hotel...the whole week.
