  : Pretty much everything was exceptional.The location, the view, the breakfast selection, the staff, the service, the decorations and the furniture were all stupendous.I wish I could have stayed longer.Thank you.

  : I stayed in a Deluxe Doppelzimmer. The location was perfect. Staff was very friendly and spoke at least German and English. Breakfast buffet was big with plenty of options to choose from. Bedsheets and towels were clean and the bed was good. Decoration of the hotel is classic, with a nice fibe. The rooms are very good sound-proof with closed windows. In front of the hotel is a parking garage below ground with plenty of space. You can pay for your parking ticket in the hotel. The location is right in the center of Mannheim
  : The airconditioning did not function at all, although I was told at the front desk it would work. Unfortunately, it did not. Neither in the Comfort Einzelzimmer of my travelbuddy. The room was warm. It was not possible to regulate room temperature. The room was a bit dirty, and the cups in the bathroom had still toothpaste leftovers in them and a bit of dust. There is only one small dustbin, which is located in the bathroom. A lightswitch was broken and had no cover for protection. The shampoo/soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty. The hotel has a lot of potential and looks beautiful, but I am dissapointed in these details.

  : Perfect location directly next to the Wasserturm. My room had a nice view to the square.
  : The WiFi in the room was very slow and often not working at all. The bed was too soft and the pillow too small, so that I couldn’t get a good sleep.
