  : Clean, great location. Lots of amenities on site. Quiet area, pool and patios were wonderful.
  : Most staff was friendly. Some of the restaurant , marketplace staff weren’t as friendly. I thought the in room soaps and shampoos were not that great. I felt like for the price and the style of the resort I would expect better quality. Also had to ask for our room to be serviced. I didn’t expect our sheets to be washed until we left but I thought they would come in daily to clean, change garbages, stock coffee etc. but I had to ask. The toilet wasn’t working great; I mentioned it upon departure because my husband said he was just fixing it as we were going . The shower we had to ask to be serviced while still there. Also, When we arrived we were sent in the wrong direction of our room twice. Finally the front desk had to take us to the right set of elevators. The food in the marketplace was ok. The yogurt/ fruit cup seemed a little old. I exchanged it for a bagel, which wasn’t that great. The pizza was just ok. I did expect it to be better.

  : Really did not have good options for breakfast. Room had ants in the bathroom sink area. Told the front desk but nothing was done. Shower curtain had to be replaced to stains of red and brown.

  : The room was dated and cheap compared to the cost to stay there, the bathroom was very basic with a tiny bath tub and not up to a standard you would expect for the price we paid.
