  : Couldn’t check in early or get access to somewhere to change before noon funeral. Couldn’t get bath/shower water control to work. Very stiff controls that didn’t seem to allow shower or bath taps. It was either both or neither. Room 5

  : I tend to avoid hotel breakfasts due to being Gluten and diary intolerant.
  : Bathroom could do with better lighting. Bedside lamp would have been nice.However, if unable to implement it would not stop me revisiting in the future.

  : Dreadful experience. Had a 3.5 hour journey. Arrived at the property and it looked nothing like the photos on booking.com. Looked like a derelict building. Knocked on the doors, rang Bell to side of property, knocked on windows, no answer. The place was in darkness. Rang the number provided to contact the property. Got a message advising not available to take call, and to leave a message. Left a message and two days later, still no reply. Also messaged the property, have not received a reply. Odd, as when I made the booking back in November 2023, the property messaged advising they were looking forward to seeing us! Disappointing to say the least. This property should be removed from booking.com. I use booking.com several times per year. Have never experienced something like this. Formal complaint will be logged and I hope to get my money back that has been taken for a reservation that was not honoured.
