: beach bar was so loud that sometimes it was impossible to sleep. but its not a problem of this property but rather the whole village.

: The location was brilliant and having a locked gate was perfect for limiting the movements of our very adventurous toddler. The rooms are very large. Having access to the pool at the near by hotel for a reduced rate was brilliant for when the wind wasn't blowing and to cool down.
: The cot wasn't set up on arrival even though we had requested it when we booked at the listing specifies. By the time they arrived with the cot it was 10pm. They brought a very grumpy member of staff who said we hadn't asked for the cot in the bed specificiation request- which asks if you want double or single beds in each room. Even though we got confirmation of the cot booking when it was requested. This added salt to the wound of having a very wound up toddler rampaging around. This member of staff was helpful for the rest of the week and all others were trying their best to make it better too. Maybe just a blip. My suggestion- keep repeating that you need a cot in all communication. The air conditioning didn't work for half the week- this meant we had to open windows and doors and were kept up by the noise of the very loud weekend parties that went on until 4am and the dogs that were barking because they weren't happy about it. The hosts took 3 days to fix the problem once notified. Not a major one but -the lights are really bright in the kitchen and outside on the balcony upstairs- with no lamps as alternatives.
