  : I read the reviews that its been remodeled recently and it was clean! I liked it that the floor was not carpeted. Clean showers and bed. Even the walls were freshly painted. Breakfast was individually wrapped /packaged Danish and protein bars so that we can grab one on the way go.
  : The building was old and the heater unit was bit loud.

  : Relatively near the train station, and claimed to have “handicapped access “ rooms.
  : We are considering getting an attorney to sue. The “handicapped “ room had no non- skid surface in the shower/bathroom, and the shower curtain did not prevent water from flooding the floor. Nor was there any ledge or shelf in the shower to hold soap or shampoo. I slipped on the wet slick floor, injuring my already-disabled knee. Before that, The sound on ourTV didn’t work . I tried calling the front desk but there was no answer. My husband actually went to the office and found the proprietor watching his TV ( hence, not answering). Also , the mattress in our room was so high above the floor that I couldn’t use it and had t on sleep sitting up in a chair.Finally, the most outrageous of all: as we were leaving, the proprietor appeared. I said to him that I had fallen on the slippery floor because there was no non-skid mat or surface in the shower. His response: “they have a mat in the office that they have to clean. If we had asked, they would have provided it.” In other words, he didn’t show any concern for my injury or express regrets. It was our own fault for not requesting it. I do believe that most motels have such features in all their rooms, and certainly in ADA compliant rooms. I plan to file a complaint and I suggest this employee have some retraining.

  : Our reservation was cancelled last minute.
  : When I looked up Pet Friendly motels, the Wyndom 8 was listed. At 9:45 pm a half hour before we arrived, the desk clerk called to confirm our late arrival. When I asked about the pet deposit, he said they were not pet friendly and had to cancel our reservation. This was very upsetting.
