  : On the plus side the location was quiet and pleasant . However the signposting and lighting for the entrance in the complex is poor and if not familiar with the various narrow alleyways, the place is difficult to find.
  : The bungalow is furnished but most of the furniture is very old and wobbly ( drawers are actually falling apart in one of the bedrooms ), the walls and doors need a new lick of paint and the kitchenette requires a full overhaul. The mattresses aren't very comfortable. The windows and doors overseeing the pool have no curtains or blinds , therefore there is no privacy at all unless you close the outside metal shutters which are fixed closed . Opposite the bungalows appears to be private residences with access to the pool. The pool has no safety fencing so not suitable for children. The bathroom is nice and probably the only one that looks like the pictures uploaded on the site.

  : The property was in a good location just far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but if you anted it it was a very short distance away by cab. clean rooms and bathroom too. friendly staff.
  : some taxi drivers didnt know where the property was due to another place with the same name not the owners fault tho. there were quite a few flies on site but didnt bother me too much...

  : The yeard, own peace and pool were nice. The staff was helpful and understanding.
  : There was bad mold issues with no aircon, original bed had no blankets nad it was too cold, in the kitchen no spices, some basic kitchen stuff was missing and there were only few forks, mugs etc. Also the neighbour house's couple played music super loud and thus you couldnt relax by your poolside. The size of the apartment cannot have been 50m2 but max 40m2 and in the livingroom there were no windows :(

  : very recommendable. The clean and nicely styled apartment has an excellent size for 4 persons and is inside equipped with 2 bedrooms, a fully functional kitchen, TV & WLAN. But most we did like the very nice and modern style refurbished bathroom including huge rain-shower. Outside you'll have a sunny terrace and a private pool / 4 apartments including a regular cleaning service. The area is calm and w/o traffic, a supermarket is very close. (3 Minutes walk). The beautiful Maspalomas beach is reachable by a short walk of 30 minutes, alternative bus or taxi (5).). Also thanks to the owners Maria and Laura for taking care on small things and beeing interested in steady improvement of their apartments.

  : Shower was very powerful, loved it. The size of the bungalow was ok for two people.
  : Some of the facilities need to be changed such as kettle as the coffee had a weird taste when the water got boiled. Sun beds outside looked very ild as well. Bungalow is very dark inside.
