  : Facilities. Room cleaned every day. Pool area. Shop and restaurant/take away food on site. Good outdoor space in a 3rd floor apartment with both roof terrace and large balcony.
  : Reception staff were not overly helpful when my daughter had a medical issue.First extra bed provided was dirty and broken. Although the 1 bedroom apartments are very spacious this is a poor use of space. They could easily be converted into 2 bedroom apartments which would be so much more suitable for families particularly those with older children. Some of the staff at the pool bar are rude.

  : We stayed for 11 nights in a suite No 309 with roof top terrace. It was cleaned every day. It was spacious with all facilities such as air con, kitchen utensils, tv, big fridge. Staff were friendly & helpful. Pool bar was reasonable & good choice on the menu. We did not eat in the restaurant. They provide a shuttle bus to the beach every day there & back which is free, so this is great
  : There is little not to like , just location. But the hotel provides a shuttle bus to meloneras/ beach several times a day but its a 30 minute walk to the center of playa del ingles or meloneras so in the heat you need to get a taxi. Its roughly 7 euro

  : Second visit to this hotel. Beautiful gardens and pools. Apartments/ villas are a little dated, but have everything you need for your stay. Rooms are spacious. Location is great, nice and quiet. A couple of shops and cafe/ restaurants near by, and a cheap taxi ride to the beach/lighthouse/ PDI. Staff were friendly and helpful, apart from the maid taking our room key, and ashtray, which we then got both back from reception. The shop on site is really good, a bit more expensive than the spar shop down the road, but has everything you need to save you leaving the hotel. Can't comment on the food, as we have only stayed here self catering. If you like italian food, the restaurant just around the corner is a must try! It used to be a steak house, but is now "la Bolognese" absolute beautiful views, service, and food.
  : The maid took one of our room keys and our ashtray. But we got them back from reception with no problem. There were so many ants in our villa everywhere! Especially in the bathroom, crawling over the walls, in the shower, and in the sinks. Also, quite a lot of cockroaches on this visit. No fault of the hotel of course, but we did notice more than usual this time. Rooms a little dated.

  : People Leave towels on the beds and are not even there staff dont monitor this atall so finding a spot is quite difficult!
