  : The staff was very friendly and eager to help. Definitely want to give Trish recognition for going above and beyond. We rented a poolside room. I have a bad back and was looking forward to the hot tub. We got to use it the 1st night with only a few jets working. The 2nd and 3rd night it was completely out of order. With no hesitation Trish upgraded us to a whirlpool suite so I was able to relax my back after working. Thank you
  : Someone had run a vehicle into the overhang in front of the building. As it is barely hanging on to the building you still had to walk under it to check in. By no means did it look safe to walk under. Breakfast, well if you made a waffle or stuck to the sausage it was good. The biscuits, gravy and eggs where not very good.

  : Grand daughter was covered in little bites. Possibly bed bugs. Room smelled. Low budget furniture. Registration desk 1 1/2 miles from hotel. Door wouldnt open. Had to drive back 1 1/2 miles to desk. Had to drive 3/4 mile back to water park.

  : Location, pretty clean, nice pool and hot tube though I didn't use them because of tight schedule but I looked at them when going to breakfast room. The food/breakfast was good but the time frame for breakfast was way to short unless you like getting up real early. The coffee machine was broken so the one I was really looking forward to having my 3 cups of Joe didn't happen, everything else like rolls, cereal, waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage, 4 different types of juices and couple other things were good and looked good as well. So I was very happy with my stay and cost was Very Reasonable too compared to other hotels right by them. They had a nice friendly pub there and the prices were very reasonable for well made drinks. The bartender Adam was very cool and knew pretty much everyone in there so I figure it's a nice local hangout and they had alot of different types of entertainment including Dart Leagues, draws, raffles, gambling machines etc. So a good time I had hanging out there for awhile.Yes when in the area next time I would stay there again no problem.
