  : The second front desk attendent was very nice and accommodating.
  : The reason for choosing this establishment was because of the pool. When arriving at the Hampton Inn, we noticed the pool being closed. When asking about the pool, we were told that the establishment was under renovations. There was nowhere on booking that said under renovations. When going to the direct website for Hampton inn it only said under renovations. Under renovations doesn't automatically mean the pool is closed. It is very vague and a good way for people to book non-refundable rooms, and the hotel still make their money. It sounds scandalous to me. They could have stated on their website pool closed. I didn't need to book a room. I could have chosen to drive the two hours home, but I wanted to spend my afternoon in the sun by the pool. It was a waste of 200.00 dollars, and the front desk was absolutely no help and rude about. I was told to contact booking. I tried to contact booking, but no customer service number. There was only a messaging system that directly sent messages to the hotel. Overall, there should be some consequences or money refunded.
