  : A great find! Situated 2 stops away (Piano) from Sorrento main, situated in lovely gardens with great views (Room 4) out toward the sea. Staff were friendly and approachable. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was traditional with good choice of cold options, Omelette the only hot choice.
  : Nothing, a lovely stay, would recommend and visit again.

  : Clean. Breakfast good. But unless you ask for omelette you dont k ow do they serve it.
  : Far from the centre. Last train back to hotel is 20pm so if you want to have a night out, its difficult to come back. Taxi back is 30euros as taxi is expensive in sorrento. No Uber or mini cab. Its off the main road through a far alleyway. I feel quite unsafe as a woman alone. Hotel is sharing the building with a neighbour and neighbour was rude complaining about me (shutting the main gate hard),even though I just arrived and have no idea that there is no handle to hold the door. Staff is good. But you wont get any local info unless you proactively ask. Showing the room and that was it. Walking the garden up to the building you will smell cats excrement. Room itself was big and clean. It has good access to train station.

  : We arrived by train from Rome tired and bedraggled and felt like we'd stepped into an enchanted villa. The garden is beautiful, and heavy with the scent of orange blossom. It is impossible not to relax as soon as you walk in. The hotel is on the top 2 floors of the enchanted villa and shares it with another hotel and I think private residences but Gennaio helped us with our bags and the two storeys are up a fairytale spiral staircase so it's difficult to be grumpy about it. Rooms were a good size, private, and well-appointed. Breakfast was excellent. It's a B&B so you are very much left to your own devices which suited us perfectly.
  : If you're looking for a full service resort hotel, this isn't it. If you don't like walking ups hills from the beach look elsewhere too (maybe a different part of the world!).

  : Our host was extremely friendly and helpful, giving us lots of information on bus and train services, places to visit, restaurants etc. The relais was very quirky, an old villa dating from 1799 set in orange groves, a very peaceful setting. It was very good value for money.

  : Friendly atmosphere. Was very handy for the town and railway station. A nice family run establishment. Genaro, the owner, was so helpful and speaks excellent English. The sitting room was a comfortable place to sit with our friends. It's very quirky. We had a lovely room overlooking the town. The place is spotless. Genaro's mother makes the marmalade,jams, croissants and cakes for breakfast. The gardens are beautiful.
  : The b & b itself is up 2 flights of very steep stairs and there isn't a lift. There isn't any parking at the hotel and as it's quite tucked away it is hard to find if you have a car. To be fair, Genaro did come to find us in the end and we were only 10 mins from the place but had been driving round for a hour.There are private apartments on the lower levels so just be aware of that.

  : Genarro, was very accommodating and attentive. We arrived late at the train station and had trouble with google maps locating his place. He met us at the train station and we were able to walk to his place. Great location and quiet.
  : Air conditioner did not seem to work as well.
