  : First off the guy at the front desk was super friendly and polite. We were able to get linens for the pull out bed. They have a decent breakfast. Location felt safe especially just being a mom with kids staying due to a strong storm in the area. The room was clean and the beds were so comfortable. They lock the doors at 10pm for extra security and have to be let in.
  : The pillows were so small but they do give you like 4 to each bed which is good because you need two to make a whole pillow. The vending machines card reader didnt work on any of the machines in the hotel and the weather was to bad to go out to get any drinks we needed. The bedding for the pull out bed werent in the room I had to go to the front desk to get some but the guy did say he would let housekeeping know that it wasnt in the room when we got there.

  : Hotel called me morning of my reservation asking for authorization for the first night when I clearly requested pay at the property. Then upon check in still having to pay for both nights. So in essence I ended up having a hold for 3 nights instead of 2 until my funds were released. Never experienced that before with BOOKING. Also breaking down breakfast during breakfast time is unacceptable. If breakfast is over at 9:30 then you start breaking down at 9:30 not before saying you have a lot to do and the waffle maker is slow. Turning the juice off when you still have multiple people dining. Unacceptable

  : The property is well kept. And the rooms are clean
  : I was double charge for my room. I charged two pre authorized charges and then charged for the hotel stay on top of it. Booking noted you can pay property but we were double charged the pre authorized before we even got to the property. The hotel person keeps stating the two pre authorized charges will drop so far only one pre authorized charge has dropped. I will not be staying at this location again.
