Disappointing

  : location was great
  : 1 security gate didn’t lock at all, the security felt like a sham. The unit was not really close to what was advertised, the pictures were of a different unit entirely. Also, the walls were paper thin and 2 of the nights we were kept up by a neighbor that talked all night long.

  : Loved the location and full kitchen. Also the unit was stocked with all supplies needed, even beach towels.
  : The unit needs a bit of maintenance. Many of the floor tiles are cracked. Also there were ants on the bathroom and kitchen. Also the AC was very very loud when it came on, almost impossible to have a phone call. This being Miami it would come on frequently.

  : Great location and roomy.
  : There was blood stains on the pillow case and multiple broken tiles that were not stable. we had to wear shoes to not cut our feet.

  : The appartment is nice and big, well furnished and clean.
  : The only thing that was long was the check-in. Had to stay on the phone line for 30 minutes to receive the right code. But the customer service was kind.

  : The conditioner was blowing air straight into my head. Wax extremely loud! The bathroom was freezing! The closet didn't have doors so all clothing was exposed. Also, they should let their guests use the proper TV channels. I don’t understand why I had to pay 90$ for cleaning ? It was never cleaned or picked the garbage . The price already should be in the amount you pay for your stay . That’s ridiculous .

  : Great location to restaurants and South beach night life. Warm shower, good room size with big bed. Good TV channels. A usable coffee machine with lots of flavours. Big freezer and other kitchen accessories.
  : They contact you day before asking for you to send pictures of your driving licence. Couldn't this be done a couple days before and not during when I am actually getting a flight to the venue itself? The first night the room wasn't cleaned and I had to see previous customers bin and dirty towels.
