  : The condo was clean and decorated exactly as described.
  : The area around the condo was not what I thought it would be. It was cooler at night so we had the windows open and there were intoxicated people screaming outside the window and smoking marijuana. Right outside the windows were the dumpsters for the restaurant next door and there was a slight smell.

  : dingy. smell of guests smoking cigarettes. extremely small rooms, in comparison to expectation from pictures advertised. room stayed damp with a slight mildew like odor. could not adjust AC to that " right spot ".

  : Parking was a struggle, mainly due to the beach being full during this time of the year.

  : The location of the property is awesome. It also had everything you need inside with beach things, although I didn’t use them.
  : On my arrival there were huge cockroaches in the apartment and more came out later. I ended up having to buy raid spray to kill them. I did tell the property and they came the next day to spray the doors but I had already had to go out and buy the spray earlier. There was also an incident involving the police on the floor of the apartment through the night which was scary. For the money I paid for this apartment I thought I wouldn’t be getting that experience.

  : Loved the location . . . steps from the beach were amazing.Enjoyed several meals at the onsite restaurant, Roni's on the beach and sat outdoors.
  : Hand towel I was using during my stay I discovered had someone else's tooth paste on it. Yucky :(If you enjoy the loud city vibe then this is a good place to stay. Siren's, three days straight of live music from day to evening in the band shell right across the street.No outdoor deck if you want to sit outside.Slamming doors and crecking gate were right below our window. Garbage trucks. We stayed in 114.We are not saying these our bad things; we wanted a more quiet location to rest and work.
