  : I was told my deposit would be returned in 7-10 days it's been over 3 weeks and now they're saying I need to contact my bank. I have pictures of everything before and after my stay nothing was damaged or stained.

  : Location for midtown, downtown and wynwood. great public transport connections. comfortable bed. plenty fridge space. staff were amazingly attentive responding impeccably with advice, support and solutions.
  : we chose a unit with a balcony, furniture on it would make it more useable. some basic improvements that we informed the managing agent know and they were very responsive and receptive to.

  : The condo is clean, towels and linen are clean. Perfect location close to everything. Hosts/ Rocket stay had a surprise of some snacks/chocolates upon arrival. They have been always helpful, this was my second year renting. Hosts will follow up with you if everything is ok with you.
  : The building itself is old and needs major paint/remodelling

  : I liked the convenience of the facility loved that there was an assigned space to park the car, The Pool was a great touch we took advantage of it.
  : the main windows in the living space had very poor shades all BROKEN and it did not feel good to be exposed when in at night. The pool area was not great and the water was not maintained clean in all ways the water the pavement the pool itself and the furniture was pretty old and non appealing at all. The pool furniture should be upgraded even if with used pieces that are in better condition than what is available now.

  : The apartment was brand new, clean and well organized with all comforts. The ambient was very nice, you could immediately feel at home. The location was perfect for a holiday in Miami, 10 minutes walk by Wynwood and Midtown, 10 minutes walk by the Metromover to go to Downtown Miami and Brickell and 10 minutes by car to Miami Beach. The parking spot was close to the entrance. The owners were kind and helpful.
  : The entrance of the building needs some renovation work. The water pressure in the shower was poor.
