  : Customer service from the front desk all the way to the bar tender was hospitable, courteous...The rooms were spacious, the food at the bar was amazing... The areas were clean, it had a great parking area, and the facility was pretty clean... The shower was amazing... there was a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room with complimentary small waters.... They did give us complimentary vouchers for the bar or the food snack area due to somethings or issues...
  : Our bath towels, rags, and beddings had make up on them, had holes in them and were dirty as if the housekeeping makeup while cleaning or bringing them but not checking behind themselves... also, the breakfast didn't have many options, no grits, only 2 choices of cereal that we didn't like, they had no sausage or bacon, only ham, no grits, and only oatmeal which we don't eat... I was disturbed at those things... The microwave wasn't as clean but I cleaned it, they must have forgotten that, and the refrigerator had not light in it... I'm not sure if they knew that but everything was pretty fair.. Called downstairs and it took me calling 4 times before someone picked up... It was fair...Also paying for parking wasn't noted on the site but we had to pay for parking each night $20 dollars.. I was like this is crazy and was so out of line due to our preparation to use that money for something else not parking... Also the lights went completely off in the whole facility for about 3 mins, and I was like woow... It was our birthday week and this could've been better or easily avoided... They did give us clean replacements for our room ....

  : The hotel has a great location. The complimentary breakfastwas better than some privided by other hotels.
  : The carpet was dusty. I am asthmatic so I had trouble breathing in the room. The lamps were rusting.

  : I wasn't able to eat breakfast because of the terrible smell in the lobby.
  : The smell of the entire hotel it smelled like dogs and poop, also i found hair on my bed sheets.
